Whilst treatment on scars has always been part of the service, it now comes with official training behind it from HLP Therapy (the leading scar expert within the UK).
I attended a 2-day Scar Therapy course in Norfolk (with Michelle, our lovely previous associate!) learning how to expertly treat surgical scars - including c-sections and scars from oncology treatment.
It was an amazing course; enhancing knowledge and getting all the up-to-date evidence on products and treatments to help with scars.
Keep an eye out for a specific Scar Therapy standalone treatment that'll be available to be booked soon (but scar treatment can of course be included within the usual Osteopathy, Pelvic Health, and Postnatal Check appointments, too).
