Get to know me
I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in 2023, and then worked as an Osteopath in New Zealand for a year. I’m originally from Folkestone, and am so pleased to be back in the UK and able to offer Osteopathy to people.
My approach
I works using a structural, visceral and cranial, and functional approach within my Osteopathic practices.
I also teach yoga, breath and meditation, and have been doing so for 6 years. I’m also now training in Applied Kinesiology, and am so excited to integrate this into my practice.
I love how the philosophies of both Osteopathy and Yoga align in a way that understands the importance of the collaboration of every facet of our being as humans.
Feeling inspired by human connection, I feel it is valuable for everybody to experience this, which is something I bring into the treatment room. I hold space for my patients to be heard as much as I can facilitate.
Extra qualifications
- Yoga Teach Training 200 hours
- Meditation & Breathwork 100 hours
- Applied Kinesiology (still in training)
In my spare time…
I love visiting new places, spending time in nature, meditation and yoga, saunas, sea swimming, dancing to music and being with my friends.
