Get to know me
I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in 2019 with a First Class degree, and was the winner of the Clinical Excellence award.
I have spent the last 2 years working with orthopaedic patients during their post-op rehabilitation (including total knee, hip and shoulder replacements; ACL reconstructions; and spinal decompressions) at KIMS Hosital.
My approach
I treat all areas of the body, but have a speciality in foot, ankle, and gait (walking) issues.
I enjoy working with any patient motivated to get back to better health and better movement, regardless of age and activity background.
My treatments usually include a combination of cranial and structural techniques, as well as exercises to either strengthen and/or mobilise the body.
I enjoy empowering patients during their recovery process by teaching them about their bodies and why we are doing what we are doing.
Extra qualifications
- Pro-Sport Academy Mentorship
- Gait Happens
In my spare time…
If I’m not in the treatment room or on the water rowing, I can often be found exploring the Kent countryside with my Springer Spaniel, Goose.
